In March, 2013, I hooked up in Bermuda with daughter, Daria, for a three day photo safari. If you have not been to Bermuda, you are in for a gorgeous treat….unbelievably blue water, friendly people, multi-colored houses with white slate roofs.

For our first day’s photo jaunt, we strolled around a wildlife area. The first thing we came across was the extremely familiar great egret, posing. Yes, but this was a BERMUDAIAN great egret, which made it very special.

Within a few minutes, I felt as though I was on a fishing trip with this particular great egret. First was the lean over the water to better spot a fish.

This was followed by the complete neck stretch attack.

Fish on!! or should we say fish in!
